Turns out people are too cool for Santa Claus’s classic look—red hat, big belly, glasses—so of course a Fashion Santa has been created. Fashion Santa is skinnier, well-groomed and has a taste for high-end menswear. This Santa is based in Toronto’s Yorkdale Shopping Centre and he’s been helping to raise money for a charity that benefits sick children by posting selfies.

As part of its holiday campaign, the Yorkdale mall is donating $1 to the SickKids Foundation for every selfie posted using the hashtag #YorkdaleFashionSanta. Although it’s a pretty strange and unconventional idea, at least Fashion Santa is helping a good cause.
